Trialling of FTP access for Dataset downloads

We are currently rolling out FTP access for our users to download their datasets which is currently in it's trial phase,

This will be more robust than the current way of downloading and won't be subject to low speed variances.

Every single Roboscopes user has their own unique FTP details as of now, but you will all be using the current "My Data" area to continue downloading your files until I am happy with the FTP method..

If you would like to take part in our FTP trials then please contact me through the helpdesk and I will start placing your data into your FTP.

All Syndicates will move to FTP only by the end of this week (25th July)
