Telegram channel - New features added

Manuel has been rather busy adding new features so apologies for the message spamming, suffices to say he has added lots of functionality 😊

the features are:

1. Jobs complete list
2. Percentage completion of remaining jobs in the queue
3. Pier queue jobs below the pier imaging horizon and when they are available to image again
4. How much headroom the pier has for adding new jobs to the current pier queue
5. How many jobs were paused each evening due to moon avoidance 
6. Weekly weather forecast
7. Weekly Focus FWHM
