Telemetry page cloud temperature limit fixed

Hi All,

This evening I spotted a previously un-noticed problem on the telemetry page whereby the cloud switch limit for the roof was incorrectly being reported without the decimal point, causing the graph to display incorrectly.

This issue only presented itself in scenario's whereby the limit was a decimal rather than a whole number.

I have now rectified this and the graph is now the true reflection of the limit.

On a seperate note, I will be adding the all sky camera images back to the page this week, alongside the current moon phase.
