Sculptor galaxy a relatively close neighbour at under 14 million light years distance. Recently taken on pier 5 with about 5 hours of integration time. Not an ideal target for such a wide-field setup, but its low elevation means that unfortunately we cannot image it using any of the higher resolution scopes.  The CDK17 would do it far more justice, and more so with the inclusion of some Ha data.

I dunno Ray, I like this object widefield also

Nice colour and well processed by the way :)

Wow! Must have a bash at that myself. I think a medium crop of that would be fabulous. A galaxy in context.
