New "target Suggestions" forum section for Pier syndicates

We have had a couple of members ask about this over the last couple of months, so we decided to add the section to each syndicate pier area in the forum

It's a doddle really, a new suggestion = a new topic  and so on....

I have done my usual sticky at the top nonetheless but we are also asking if one of the syndicate members wants to be a moderator within their own forum area, closing topics etc etc

Just let Phil know if you are interested, he will sort the permissions side of things out in the software
