Hi Pier 1 fellows,

while M31 is still visable on the first half of night, how about doing a Mosaic in LRGB+Ha with longer focal length of Pier1 to get nice details (and Ha regions as well)?

Could be a 4x1 Mosaic to just cover the galaxy itself.

Or increase to e.g. 4x4 to also cover the neighborhood with M32 and NGC205?

Any thoughts / comments / preferences?

Evening, don't forget about the camera swap that's coming up soon :)

It may be best to wait until the new camera goes in

Japp, fully agree!

Still want to discuss the mosaic in advance, especially what region we´d like to cover.

Maybe we just start with M31 itself (e.g. 4x1 Mosaic) and then later extend it to 4x4.

But after the new camera has been added :-)
