Best Pier for an object

Actualy Dave I was looking at this Yesterday after you mentioned it on the forum last week

I started with M16 M31 M42

Next week when I have time I will add camera angles and redo them all but for know its just proof of concept and to make sure everybody is happy with them?

Afternoon guys, 

Really useful this is going to be, as they say, a picture paints a lot of words. 

A very very minor observation, they'd have looked prettier in glorious colour. No swearing now!  

Hopefully some of the useful information past and future being posted on the forum will be included in a separate section which cannot be replied to.

I use CCD navigator to pic objects to image and plan the month ahead, as it's an acurate representation of FOV and I have all 14 piers pre programmed in It seemed like the obvious if monochromatic choice to me

As you say when I add camera rotational figures I will make it a sticky on the forum for sure as it helps us all including me


If I ever get 5 minutes I will also add some graphics from the Skyx showing the imaging box in relation to a larger field with the correct rotation as well
