The camera orientation on Pier 6 is not what it is purported to be.

I recommended Pier 6 to a friend after running an image from October 2020 through nova.astrometry.net.

See attachment.

As you can see, the long dimension of the sensor points north.

My friend just received data from a region in Orion. His data has the SHORT dimension pointing north. It is completely useless to him.

How SHALL we remedy this situation?

Hi Brian,

Your friend has yet to open a ticket, and I am afraid we are unable to resolve any issues until they do so.

Can you please get them to open a ticket so that we may resolve this issue swiftly.

Kind regards, Phil,
