What happens if a frame is bad?

Hi all,

Didn't see this on the site, but I just received some wonderful data on pier 3 (apart from the calibration data) and 1 of my Ha frames is bad. Is there something in place that can be used to book that 1 extra frame or something like that?

Tickets are perfect, any issues were are on dont worry as for us this early stage will hep us iron out probelems and get systems in place

Not that we want problems but teething issues are ineviatable and I would rather have them now than when we are mega busy!

Please let us know plus any suggestions you may have

Perfect, that's exactly why I'm nagging a bit about these things (not always appreciated, that's the Dutch thing I guess). So thanks for that response, gives me a lot more confidence to stick around. :)
