What Richard said makes sense, I agree let's see what we get from 1120 first. A bit surprised why it hasn't already been started, it's been there long enough.

You all pay towards the use of the Pier, therefor your entitled to submit what you wish.
We just encourage you all to work together for a more fruitful experience

This time I am going to ask before submitting!
I would like to get an LRGB of IC434, the Horsehead and NGC2023. Has anyone done this yet on Pier 1?
I can frame it with Alnitak out of shot, which should reduce glare.
Couple of questions - should I add Ha to enrich the main nebula, and will I need some shorter subs as well to go for an HDR image?
