I finally managed to have a go at some data from pier 11... Sadly, I discovered that the flats did not work properly, and what happened was that the stacks from the individual channels, had this kind of strange sheen about them and I was unable to process them. Maybe it is an error on my part, but I did have some difficulties once before. Anyway, I stacked them without the flats and I am pleased with the result. I used 19 blues, 10 greens, 10 Has, 10 luminances and 10 reds, each having an exposure time of 5 minutes. This totals to an integration time of 4 hours and 55 minutes. I trust for our British friends, the weather is ok for you? Thanks everyone and enjoy your night... Simon

I thought I would post a slightly adjusted version instead. I was a little unsure about the red dominance for the nebulae within the galaxy.
