New version of PixInsight is out but warnings. On windows makes sure to add the PI file types to the excluded files under security.
there is no starnet and can't get starnet 2 installed.
There is even less support for FITs files now
The fast integrated is cool
Install the new PixInsight in a different folder to test so you don't loose your current settings.
I know it will be a super long wait but can't wait until another developer puts PixInsight out of business or forces PI to reject their ego as the "best astro processing software"

I for one will be much happier when these sorts of programs properly support the power of a decent GPU, whom ever the company ends up being! More image manipulation competition to our niche market cant be so bad either :0
It will make a huge amount of difference to imagers as it will make working you big CMOS sensors much less onerous

With the fast integration in PI I could Register and stack 90 images from pier 3 in 3 minutes and 21 seconds, but why PI saves in 64 bit is beyond me!
