Good afternoon,
I had an email this morning saying that Job 2255 was complete on Pier 14 and it'll be online to download soon. I've checked online and although from the outside container (home area) it says Pier 14 Syndicate updated 13 hours ago, when I go in to download it, it was updated 2 days ago and there's still no green filter data. Am I doing something wrong?
I've just taken a look for you, you are correct. Not 100% sure what has happened there I will have a hunt around to see what I can find but in the mean time I have put it back in to retake the green filter to complete the data set. I have set it as a high importance so should be complete fairly quickly.
