I have submitted a broadband look at a group of galaxies in Leo. Not the obvious triplet, but the groups centred around M95, M96 and M105.

Pane, RA, DEC, Position Angle (East), Pane width (arcmins), Pane height (arcmins), Overlap, Row, Column
Pane 1, 10hr 46' 17", 12º 46' 37", 90.00, 323.40, 215.40, 25%, -, -

M95.png

There are lots of smaller galaxies in the frame, so it will be interesting to see how many of them we can find.

I will submit a similar job on the Leo triplet

Not looked at the submissions form to check but just in case, don't forget la Luna is starting to put on a big old smile now :0

so make sure you have some well spread narrowband objects in that cover the whole sky area over

1 object post meridian (not to low mind)
1 rising
1 up high

I am sure you have them in already so dont shoot me for being obvious as I am only checking :)

Please ignore my dylexia wherever possible, just be thankful I can control my Tourettes ;)

Hi,

I believe that a short 2 hour session of m66 completed yesterday. If that is the case then it might be worth waiting for the download.
Sorry may have put this on the wrong post.

If anyone wants to have a go at this data (which is the Leo Triplet, not the M105 group) the Lum, R and B are with the prism shadow, and the Ha and G are without.

I hope we are in good shape. We have a number of narrowband targets around Orion and Gemini, from M42 through Rosette to Cone. Then Flaming Star riding high and Heart and Soul sinking in the NW.

Do we need more?
