Feature Update - Syndicate submission removal requests

Hi all,

I have update the Syndicate removal request to now bring up a confirmation box for the user to confirm they wish for it to be removed.

When you reload the page now, it will say Removal Requested

I have also made some back end changes to this function to ease the work for staff behind the scenes.
