Peter,

In the final image I'd have to say, what artefact? I know it would have been a pain, but it's a shame that coordinates weren't used to shift the galaxy a bit further away. The benefit of hindsight of course. That is way up there with most of the images I see with the exception of those captured using monster scopes and Hubble. Mind you for galaxies I'm not so keen on those captured by Hubble. An odd remark admittedly, but many are just too detailed to me and make them less easy to recognise.

Please keep them coming, they're all great encouragement and an asset to the site.

Cheers,

Ray

Hi Peter,
Great image and processing to achieve such a fine result.
All those faint Galaxies and such fine detail between the two, wow.

You must have spent as many hours on this as were taken on getting the subs.
