#1 - can we change the total exposure per slot from seconds...... to hrs and mins in the pier object submission form
#2 - is it possible to view the syndicate pier submission list as per pier rather than a consolidated list.
#3 - is it possible to know in the case of non syndicate jobs the status of one's order and when it is scheduled or queued.
#4 - the possibility of choosing bin 1x1 or 2x2 for cmos camera systems

1) I will see what Steve says on this and hopefully other members can comment on this as to how they'd feel about it. I may add it so that the form displays the total in seconds still but has a column that shows that as Hrs / Mins as you have asked.

3) This is something we are looking into, but no guarantee's on whether this will get implemented or not as of yet.

4) We won't offer to set binning on the booking form at any time, we set the binning to maximise the best we can get out of any given pier - That being said we can sometimes alter binning afterwards when users open a helpdesk ticket straight after their order - however if the data that comes out is poor we will not retake it.
