PIER-14 pier 14 data status

Hi

When the current weather system clears, plus we have been in Spain doing maintenance for the last two weeks as stated in the forum

havent seen any data from Pier14 for more than two months. Am i missing something ?

Hello Vikas, 

That's strange because there have been a few downloads in the last 2 months, but nothing in the last few weeks due to the weather. If you look at the Pier-14 data files area where details of each job being downloaded are posted then you can see what you have missed. Absolutely no idea why you wouldn't be receiving notifications unless for some reason emails are not working properly.

Hope you get this sorted out soon.

I presume you are now OK after opening the ticket Vikas, and have found the data?
