I dropped off the lightness of the main core to try and keep it looking natural and not overpowering. One of my big things is not overly saturating and processing images because I do not like them looking like they have been stuck onto the background, for example, or being too garish. Also, on this largish monitor of mine, I do not like pushing stuff too far, because this screen will pick up the noise and graininess. Ask Mike, as I berate him constantly behind the scenes as well lol It was more a reference to the hidden data that was still in the image and me encouraging you to go find sort of thing lol . There is no better way to learn than be pointed in the right direction and let loose to discover for your self ? also as a side note, your monitor must be pretty good as yours colour balance is good but is it calibrated ? if not it’s a 1000% the biggest tip I can give you ? I suppose a better phrase would have been “nudge” rather than “push”
