Hi, I know that Mike is already subscribed to this syndicate and wonder if anyone else is right now. The specs have not as yet been updated but I believe the field of view will be about 74' x 50'. This is a good size for many emission nebula and capturing larger galaxies and galaxy groups, plus much more. The resolution is 1.43"/px @ 2x2 binning, so in my mind a good compromise. Really keen to see what this setup can do and what others would like to capture. I'll leave it there for now, and post a few suggestions in a few days. Cheers, Ray
Does anyone know the approximate camera angle on this setup. It would be useful to assist with framing. If you do would you please share it.  Thanks, Ray

To answer my own question, I believe the camera angle to be very close to 270 degrees, which is what I wanted to know. Basically when using Telescopius the framed area needs to be in Portrait orientation.

It's possible we have a rival to pier 7 in this new setup. Just 40 minutes Ha data. No calibration files were used/available?  Just cosmetic correction, background extraction and noise reduction. The stars are extremely impressive as well. Crescent in H-A.png

Well, what can I say Ray. I think that's a spiffing FOV and a hell of a lot of data for 40 mins!

Lovely job on that process Ray. I did say to Steve when we were testing this one while in Spain it was going to be a bit special.

Thanks guys but the scope and camera did all the work. Nothing appeared to need doing apart from the basic things. You've done a tremendous conversion, so please keep it to yourselves I'm sure Mike and I would like to keep it all to ourselves. Just submitted a job for some Oxygen data to make a nice colour image to put in the gallery. Cheers, Ray
