Dataset Emails

Hi all,

I have changed the settings on the dataset email cron's now so that the queue is processed twice per day instead of every 30 minutes.

I have taken this action because we still have members that try and download datasets from the portal before it's fully uploaded even though every email says "it will be ready in 4 hours" - no matter how many times I have said to wait the duration and not download before that as the files will be corrupt.

This will now add a further delay to you getting Syndicate / Hosted datasets.
