after reports from a few users that downloads have been stopping at 1GB (or thereabouts) I have looked into the issue further and have identified some areas where the settings needed to be altered.

With testing on my own machine at home, I am now able to download 26GB dataset from Pier 14 syndicate with no issues at all, and I am able to download other datasets using my mobile phone on 4G/5G internet and they now download fully.

Before I altered the settings my phone was stopping at 1.07GB.

I have also tested on my laptop with multiple downloads going at the same time, and all have completed as intended.

===============================

Rest assured that this is still being actively monitored and I will do everything I can for the system to be back to how it should be.

If issues persist I will be looking into alternative arrangements for data, for the short term.

Data is NOT being cleaned off the server at the 28Day mark currently as all data removal operations are paused until this issue is fully rectified.

I thank you for your patience.

I would appreciate it if you could all try some downloads again and feed back to me if they have been successful.

On a different note, I have taken in the feedback about some users wanting ftp access again, and I am looking into options so please don't think you have fell on deaf ears.

Kind regards, Phil.

Many thanks Phil, this is indeed working perfectly fine.

Cheers

Manuel
