Hope you put in enough integration time Mark, then finally we may be able to figure out what is being held in its right hand. Is it chewing on something or is it some form of musical instrument being played?
On a slightly more serious note, has anyone any idea what additional integration time we'll need to use when/if the scope loses the reducer. I'm guessing between 1.5 to 1.75 times but I'm sure someone will be able to supply a proper value. Alternatively, we run a partial repeat of something we've already captured to establish it. If we did then ideally it would be something that would welcome a bit more time anyway.
That target is one of the few that resembles its name and would really suit the longer focal length. Thanks for sharing this Mark.
Cheers
